Messages for the Family

  1. Kenneth Grissim says:
I have found memories of Hamlet. He would always show up at the baseball park and do the umpiring. Some time I would be the pitcher and had a fairly good curve. He would get some rumblings about the ball being the strake Zone, he would later tell me that they just didn’t like for me get them out. GREAT COUSIN.
  2. Bruce Johnson says:
A great mentor and man to work for as a kid. The tobacco rows were long but the company was always top notch working for Hambone. God speed my friend, you will be missed

Blessed to have the Halbert family as a big part of my childhood! The Halbert family cared for me during a pivital point in my development when I was a middle schooler that moved to Lebanon from another state. I have little doubt that I am in ministry today because of wonderful people like the Halbert’s who showed me love and friendship. Love to all of you and God Bless you through this transition.. I’m glad Linda and Hamlet are together once again.

  7. Kai Grissim (Butch) says:
Kai and Amy Jo Grissim thought a lot of Hamlet. They would asked him to come eat with them on many occasions but especially after worship. Of course Linda was not on the scene at that time. He was easy to like and I’m happy to express he was my first cousin.
The sulfur water at his home was a challenge for me but Auntie made great tea with it as well as cooked a great meal at lunch for us “hay” haulers.
