Scott loved the Lord and His church, and he and his wife Emily were active members of Philadelphia Church of Christ. They went on many mission trips from Central America to Africa. He was known for his funny hats, excellent cards and magical gifts. He never met an estate sale he didn’t love. I only got to enjoy working with Scott for a relatively short time. I enjoyed every minute of it. His quiet humor and gentle nature was refreshing and entertaining. I was always impressed when I would prey the information of his past like all the dangerous jobs he had done , and the incredible adventures of your mission trips. Scott did a lot in his short life. He will be missed by anybody that had ever known him.
He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most high, shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord that he isn’t shield and buckler, my God in him will I trust.
I pray each of you peace that surpasses all understanding . Heaven knows and feels your heartache and grief. Be comforted by the holy spirit now and forever more.
