Funeral service for Mrs. Mary Ann Bowen will be 2:00 PM Sunday, March 8, 2015, at Ligon & Bobo Funeral Home with Bro. Tim Blackburn officiating. Interment Cedar Grove Cemetery. Visitation Saturday 1-6 PM and Sunday after 12 Noon at Ligon & Bobo.
Mrs. Bowen, age 53 of Castalian Springs, passed away March 5, 2015.
She was born July 7, 1961 in Trousdale County. She was a homemaker and a Baptist. She was preceded in death by her father, Melvin Eugene Knight; step father, L. B. Owensby; and grandmother, Delsie Knight.
She is survived by her husband, Michael Bowen; three children, Candace Dickens, Jason (Harvest Hook) Bowen, and Ashley Bowen; four grandchildren, Austin Turner, Courtney Dickens, Brianna & Bradley Bowen; mother, Ann Ellis Knight Owensby; sister, Janet (Darrell) Sevier; brother, Rickey (Mindy) Knight; and half sisters, Leah Mendoza and Wendy Knight.
Family request memorials be made to help with funeral expenses.
