Marjorie Louise Biby
Mrs. Marjorie Louise Biby age 79 of Hendersonville, TN, passed away May 7, 2024, at Hendersonville Medical Center. She was born July 31, 1944, in Beaver, Oklahoma, daughter of the late Nester C. Winkler and Aileen Mary Harris Winkler. She was a graduate of Liberal High School in Liberal, KS. She worked as a caregiver for the elderly and children most of her working career.
A selfless person, with a contagious smile, she was one who never met a stranger. She loved being around people, especially children. She loved nature and enjoyed watching birds, squirrels and rabbits play in the yard. She loved to bowl and crotchet. She was a faithful member of Grace Lutheran Church in Liberal, KS.
She was preceded in death by her husband of thirty-nine years, Marvin Leroy Biby; brother, Nester L. Winkler.
Survivors include her daughter, Angie (Mark) Gibson; two grandchildren: Will and Drew Gibson; two brothers: Robert and John Winkler; sister, Neta Cochran; sister-in-law, Gloria Winkler; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
A celebration of life will be held in Liberal, KS at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to Grace Lutheran Church, Liberal, KS.
