Kenneth Daryl Anderson
Mr. Kenneth Daryl Anderson age 69 of Lebanon passed away December 23, 2023. Kenneth was a person who enjoyed helping others and was known for his charismatic personality. He had a great sense of humor and loved a good laugh. He was born in Lebanon, TN, October 10, 1954, son of Patricia Ann Floyd and Kenneth Lloyd Anderson. He was a 1972 graduate of Lebanon High School and was raised in Lebanon First Baptist Church. Kenneth was a “jack of all trades” and through the years he loved helping his family in the carnival business, Floyd & Baxter. He and his partner James Manning began a construction business known as A & M Service and after a number of years Kenneth became the sole owner of the company. He owned a grave digging company for several years that he named PALs for “peace at last”. He serviced graves primarily for Ligon & Bobo and Bond Memorial. Finally he retired from the City of Lebanon Public Works Department.
He was preceded in death by his son, Mark Anderson; father, Kenneth Lloyd Anderson.
He is survived by three children: Michael Todd Anderson, Jonathan Lloyd Anderson, Kendra (Luke) Hermon; companion, Alice Pryor and her brother, Bobby Carter and Alice’s children: Uriah (Alexis) Pryor, Derek Pryor, Aaron (Christina) Pryor; mother and step-father, Patricia and Johnny Clark; aunt, Patsy Anderson; three grandchildren: Hunter, Tailor and Skylar Hermon; two sisters: Kelley Birdwell and Teresa (Bryan) Davis; brother, Joseph Kent Anderson; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 28, 2023, at 1 p.m. from the Ligon & Bobo Funeral Home with Eld. Garry Drennon officiating. Interment – Cedar Grove Cemetery. Pallbearers: Luke and Hunter Hermon, Joshua Davis, Lee Clark, Jeff McPeak, Charlie Hubner. Visitation Thursday 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.
