A Celebration of Life Service for Mr. Jerry Irish will be 11:00 A.M. Saturday, June 1, 2024, at Lebanon First Church of the Nazarene, 812 N. Cumberland Street, Lebanon, with Pastor Gary Wilson and Pastor Matt Brown officiating. Visitation will be at the church on Saturday from 10:00 A.M. until service time. Honorary pallbearers: Jonathan Thrasher, Jim Edwards, Daniel Irish, Michael Zimmerman, John Reed, and Caleb Reed.

Mr. Irish, age 53 of Lebanon passed away Monday, May 27, 2024, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville.

Born August 21, 1970, in Indianapolis, Indiana, Jerry Allen Irish is the son of Beverly Pritchard Irish and the late William “Bill” Irish. He was a graduate of Lawrence Central High School in Indianapolis, IN where he loved playing his trumpet in the marching band. He followed in his fathers’ footsteps as a mechanic and just like Dad, he was always willing to lend a hand to anyone at any time.

He is survived by his mother, Beverly Irish; sister, Dawn (John) Reed; nieces, Ashley (Jonathan) Eldridge and Katherine (Jeremiah) Batson; one precious great niece; and nephew, Caleb Reed.

Never said No to anyone that needed a hand! Jerry’s heart was bigger than most, he treasured family over everything! Jerry’s love for His nieces and nephew brought him so much joy anytime he could talk about them! Jerry was extremely loyal to those he loved and showed many times he would do whatever and whenever he was needed. Jerry deserved more than this life could give, now he enjoys the presence of his Heavenly Father. Rest easy cuz! You will Always be remembered , until that day my friend, until that day!
