   I hope Howard’s family finds peace knowing Howard is one of the most respected people working at the state. The bar he raised with his knowledge and passion for helping others will not be forgotten and will be sorely missed. His absence leaves a void that cannot be filled.

    Howard will really be so missed. I worked with him at the State of Tennessee, and he was so kind and very patient. He had a wonderful family and my love and prayers go out to his family. I will very much miss Howard. My life was better for having known Howard…he was such a good friend. God Bless you and may you rest in peace, Howard.

    Becca, I am so sorry for your loss. It was a pleasure to work with your dad for all these years. He was always so knowledgeable and helpful, willing to help anyone in need. I pray for comfort of your family while you grieve.

    I am so sad to hear of Howard’s passing. I worked with him at the State and always found Howard to be so personable and knowledgeable. He had a calm and friendly demeanor and was always joyful no matter what the circumstance. He will be greatly missed. Prayers go out to his family and friends. Rest In Peace, my friend.
