COVID-19 Update

Friends and neighbors:

We would like to give you an update regarding visitations/funeral services during the coronavirus (COVID-19) health emergency.  DUE TO GOVERNOR BILL LEE’S EXECUTIVE ORDERS BEING EXTENDED, THERE WILL BE NO PUBLIC VISITATIONS OR FUNERAL SERVICES AT LEAST THROUGH APRIL 30, 2020. Even private family visitations and services must be limited.  We fully expect The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention restrictions on gatherings to be extended through May.

We understand that this extreme measure is deeply saddening. We appreciate your cooperation and sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.  We realize the great value in family and friends coming together during the loss of a loved one.  No amount of live streaming or Facebook can replace your presence and that heartfelt handshake or hug.

As always, please be assured we are here to serve and will care for your loved ones and friends with the utmost respect. We are constantly cleaning and sanitizing our facility to protect the public and our staff. Due to the Governor’s “Stay At Home Order”, unless we have private services planned, our temporary business office hours are from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.

As a reminder, we encourage you to send condolences via our website www.ligonbobo.com or, you can call our office (615)444-2142 and we will gladly register your name. Also, flowers are always accepted.

Please remember the families of the deceased in your thoughts and prayers and those that are confined to hospitals and health care facilities that cannot have visitors during this time. Remember the many healthcare workers and first responders that are on the front lines of this pandemic.  Please continue to protect yourself and others from the spread of this disease, as we endeavor to do the same.  There is light at the end of the tunnel and hopefully life will return to what we call normal soon.  We will keep you updated on any changes when they become available.
