Bobbye Woodall Manning

manning cropFuneral services for Mrs. Bobbye Woodall Manning will be 1:00 PM Wednesday, November 26, 2014, at Ligon & Bobo Funeral Home with Bro. Charles McKnight and Bro. Terry Cathey officiating.  Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.  Interment will follow at Wilson County Memorial Gardens.  Visitation Tuesday 3-8 PM and Wednesday after 11 AM at Ligon & Bobo.

Mrs. Manning, Age 86, of Lebanon passed away Sunday, November 23, 2014, at Adams Place Assisted Living in Murfreesboro.

Born October 20, 1928, in DeKalb County, she is the daughter of the late Bro. W. B. and Nena Sparks Woodall.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Ezra Manning and two brothers, Norman & Leon Woodall.

Survived by two sons, Mark (Renee) Manning and Bill (Tammy) Manning; six grandsons, Jimmy, Adam, John Ryan, Matthew, Mark & Luke Manning; sister, Cathrine Brown; sisters-in-law, Kathryn Proctor, Mildred Manning, Sue Jennings, Ruth Lowe, and Emile Manning; several nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to the Tennessee Baptist Children’s Home.

The family would like to extend special thanks to the staff of Adams Place.
