Update Regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19) Health Emergency

To Our friends and neighbors:

We would like to give you an update regarding visitations/funeral services during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) health emergency.

DUE TO GOVERNOR BILL LEE’S EXECUTIVE ORDER 27, THERE WILL BE NO PUBLIC VISITATIONS OR FUNERAL SERVICES THROUGH APRIL 30, 2020. Even private family visitations and services must be limited.

We realize wholeheartedly that this extreme measure is deeply saddening. We appreciate your cooperation and sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. The United States Department of Homeland Security has designated “mortuary workers” (funeral directors, embalmers, funeral establishments and cemeteries) as Critical Infrastructure Workers.

As always, please be assured we are here to serve and will care for your loved ones and friends with the utmost respect.  As a reminder, we encourage you to send condolences via our website www.ligonbobo.com. or call our office and we will be glad to register your name.  Please remember the families of the deceased in your thoughts and prayers and also those that are confined to hospitals and health care facilities that cannot have visitors during this time.

Please protect yourself and others from the spread of this disease, as we endeavor to do the same.  May God speed the day when this crisis is over and life can return to normal.
