  2. Terry Owens says:
Nick was more than just a brother, he was my hero, my teacher, and my lifelong mentor. He was my first coach, my hunting buddy, and the person I always looked up to. He taught me how to shoot a basketball, throw a baseball, and appreciate the beauty of nature on our many deer hunts. Our deer hunts weren’t just about the hunt; they were about patience, respect for nature, and the quiet conversations we shared around an evening fire after the days hunt. I always looked up to Nick – for his strength, his kindness, and his unwavering support. He was always there for me, through thick and thin, offering guidance and a listening ear. Nick’s absence leaves a void that can never be filled. You were the best brother a person could ask for, and I will carry your memory in my heart always. Rest in peace.
