Judith Lynn Dies Underwood
Judith Lynn Underwood, age 67, of Lebanon passed away November 1, 2025, at Alive Hospice. Born September 4, 1958, in Wilson County, she was the daughter of the late Ethel (Cotton) Dies and the late Leila Hearn Dies.
She was a graduate of Lebanon High School, Volunteer State Community College and Cumberland University and was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, Lynn was preceded in death by her brother Donnie Dies. She is survived by her husband, Vernon Underwood, her sister Lisa Steele, and several nieces and nephews
Those who knew her will remember her for her infectious smile and overwhelming laughter, and her unwavering commitment to spreading love and kindness to everyone she encountered. She had a rare gift for making others smile and laugh, leaving a lasting impact on all who crossed her path.
May her memory be a blessing, and may we carry forth her legacy of love and compassion in all that we do. Her light will forever shine brightly in our hearts.
The family will be having a private celebration of her life; there will be no public ceremony. We encourage everyone to celebrate Lynn’s memory in their own way. I know she will be with us all in spirit.
