Funeral service for Mr. Donald O’Neal will be 2:00 P.M. Monday, September 8, 2025, at Ligon & Bobo Funeral Home with Rev. Steve Delashmit officiating.  Interment will be at New Hope Cumberland Presbyterian Church Cemetery.  Visitation Monday 12:00 – 2:00 P.M. at Ligon & Bobo.

Mr. O’Neal, age 80 of Lebanon passed away September 6, 2025 at Quality Care.

Born August 20, 1945, in Detroit, Michigan, he is the son of the late John Turner O’Neal and Ethel Irene Cross O’Neal.  He worked in production for many years.  He served in the National Guard for twenty years, and was a member of New Hope Cumberland Presbyterian Church.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Shirley O’Neal.

He is survived by his step son, David Hodge; and two brothers, J. C. O’Neal and Jerry O’Neal.
