Charles Vaughn “Taco” Vantrease

Charles Vantrease CoverCharles Vantrease CoverCharles Vantrease CoverMr. Charles  Vaughn “Taco” Vantrease, age 61 of Lebanon, died November 27, 2015. A native of Wilson County, he was the son of the late Charles Henry Vantrease and Blanche Bradshaw Vantrease.  He was a member of LaGuardo Baptist Church.  He graduated from Lebanon High School in 1971, was a lifelong farmer and cattleman, and worked for TRW for 45 years.

Survived by three children:  Kelley Vantrease (Scot) Crook, Charles Brad-Elliott (Jessica) Vantrease, Patrick Landon Vantrease; three grandchildren:  Hayden and Ava Crook, Laura Kate Vantrease; special cousins:   James (Teresa) Bradshaw, Mike (Jamie) Bradshaw; several nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

Funeral services are Monday, November 30, 2015, at 11 a.m. from the Ligon & Bobo Funeral Home with Bro. Jonas Taylor officiating. Interment – Wilson County Memorial Gardens. Active Pallbearers: James, Mike and Jason Bradshaw, Hayden Crook, Shane and Joseph Williams, Tim Davidson, David Wilhoit.  Honorary Pallbearers:  Trey and Koen Guess, Cole, Easton, and Peyton Williams, Christopher Bradshaw, Jacob and Caleb Davidson, Billy Bowman and friends at TRW.   Visitation Sunday from 1-6 p.m. and Monday after 10 a.m. at Ligon & Bobo Funeral Home.

    Continuation due to limited time. Mr. C. Vaughn was a very, very, FAITHFUl, DEDICATED, Quiet and KIND person. Health issues are very challenging, BUT GOD !!!! Our Father Who Art In HEAVEN !!! Blessed has several definitions. BLESSED means HAPPY too !!! He will be missed, but he ‘s going HIGHER !!! From everyone at our employment/ all departments !!! ZF/TRW, But GOD !!!
