    • Tracy Oldham says:
I’m so sorry for your loss. Mrs. Virginia was such a sweet loving lady and my life saver when my daughter went to Carroll Oakland. I would have to walk my daughter into school every morning k-4 as she was tugging on my leg crying until that one day Mrs. Virginia took her from me and from then on she had her a friend. I still had to walk her into school but it was to take her to Mrs. Virginia. My heart breaks for the family. She was such an amazing woman.
  3. Juanita Grandstaff says:
Worked with Virginia at Carroll Oakland for many years. She made a very positive impression on me with her always present smile, sweet disposition, and gentle, kind spirit.

Chris, I am so sorry to hear of your mother’s passing. I remember her coming in the store when I worked there. I pray that God bless you and your family with peace and comfort.
  7. Lynn Winfree says:
So sorry for the loss of such a sweet and loving person as Virginia. I enjoyed teaching in the fifth grade Sunday school class so many years with her. She always had that sweet smile. She will be missed. Jason, remember when you didn’t want to promote to the 6th grade cause you didn’t want to leave your mama and the 5th grade. She truly fought the good fight and finished the race.
  8. Roy Crutcher says:
So sorry to hear this. I knew Virginia (and John), many years ago. A very kind and sweet lady. My sympathy to the family, especially to John Hooper and Kenneth.
  9. Denise Harris says:
    Chris,
I am so sorry for your loss.
