roy craig photoFuneral services for Mr. Roy E. Craig, age 74 of Lebanon, will be held on Saturday October 24, 2015 at 2:00 PM at Ligon & Bobo Funeral Home with Bro. Glenn Denton and Eld. James Gibbs officiating.  Interment will follow in the Gordonsville Cemetery.  The family will receive friends on Friday from 3-8 PM and Saturday after 1 PM.

Mr. Craig, age 74 of Lebanon passed away Thursday, October 22, 2015, at Quality Care.

He was born in Smith County on September 14, 1941 to Sarah Elizabeth Eastes Craig and the late William Fisher Craig.  He graduated Gordonsville High School and worked for TRW for 39 years before retiring.  He was a member of the Hillcrest Baptist Church.  He enjoyed riding his Harley with his wife and friends over the United States traveling over a hundred thousand miles.  In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his twin brother, Ray Craig and another brother, James Harvey Craig.

He is survived by his wife of fifty two years, Phyllis Ann Mangrum Craig; children, Dana (Mike) Jones and Ronald Craig; grandchildren, Rachel Jones and Addie Craig; mother Elizabeth Eastes Craig; and sister, Shenia Craig (Gerald) Bush of Hickman, TN.

Honorary pallbearer: Gary Mullican  Active pallbearers: Floyd Wilson, Gerald Smith, Earl North, Gary Johnson, Clifton Craighead, and Gerald Bush.
