Margarete Louise Gray a resident of Lebanon, Tennessee, passed from this life to eternal rest Friday, July 25, 2014, making her stay on earth sixty-eight years and five months.
Margarete was born in Cleburn, Texas, February 25, 1946, one of eight children of the late John Henry Robinson and Bertha Louise Bange Robinson. She professed a hope in Christ and was baptized. She was a faithful member the Church of Christ. She made her home in several parts of the country over the years finally settling in Lebanon a few years ago. She worked for the Exxon Corporation and was retired.
She was preceded in death in addition to her parents by: daughter, Marlo Michelle Gray; two sisters: Vivian Bolton and Edna White; three brothers: George, Joe and Johnnie Robinson. She leaves behind to cherish her memory her husband, Darryl Cohen; son, Rudolph McKinley Gray; five grandchildren: Marcus Lamar Gray, Michael Lamar Gray, Precious Michelle Williams, Angel Ernest Freeney, Alante’ya Shymara Gray-Barnes; sister, Pauline Robinson; brother, Henry Robinson; and a host of other relatives and friends.
A viewing for her family and friends will be held Friday, August 1, 2014, between the hours of one and two thirty o’clock in the afternoon at the Ligon & Bobo Funeral Home, Lebanon, Tennessee.
