Funeral services for Mrs. Joyce Graves McDonald will be 11:00 A.M. Thursday, January 3, 2019, at Ligon & Bobo Funeral Home with Bro. Terry Fesler, Bro. Joe Widick, and Bro. Rick Burns officiating. Interment will follow at Wilson County Memorial Gardens.  Visitation Wednesday 2-7 PM and Thursday after 10 AM at Ligon & Bobo.

Mrs. McDonald, age 80, of Lebanon passed away Sunday, December 30, 2018, at her home.

Born January 26, 1938, in Wilson County, she is the daughter of the late James Henry Graves and Mattie Lou Beadle Graves. She was a 1955 graduate of Lebanon High School.  She was a homemaker and a member of Maple Hill Church of Christ.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four sisters, Nathalia Stockton, Irene Carver, Myrtle Montgomery, and Linda Bibby; and a brother, John Byron Graves.

She is survived by her husband of fifty seven years, Floyd M. McDonald; two sons, Norman McDonald and Regan (Jenny) McDonald; five grandchildren: Bo (Jamie) McDonald, Sarah (Travis) Hawkins, Kayla Beth (Cody) Youngblood, Jacob McDonald (Adrienne Akin), and Adam McDonald; two great grandchildren: Karley Beth Youngblood & Kinsley Brooke Youngblood.

Pallbearers: Travis Hawkins, Cody Youngblood, Jacob McDonald, Adam McDonald, Jimmy Bradshaw, and James Montgomery.
