john grayFuneral services for Mr. John Kenneth Gray will be 1:00 PM Friday, September 19, 2014, at Ligon & Bobo Funeral Home with Bro. Jimmy Gray officiating.  Interment with military honors will follow at Wilson County Memorial Gardens.  Visitation Thursday 2-8 PM and Friday after 10 AM at Ligon & Bobo.

Mr. Gray, age 67 of Lebanon passed away Tuesday, September 16, 2014, at University Medical Center.

Born July 15, 1947, in Montgomery County, he is the son of Mary Ellen Dodd Gray and the late John Thomas Gray.  He was a graduate of Lebanon High School and was a member of Fairview Baptist Church.  He served in the U. S. Army during the Vietnam War.  He worked at TRW Ross Gear for the past forty two years.

He is survived by his wife of forty years, Rose Malone Gray; daughter, Denise Woodard (Tony) Willis of Lebanon; 5 grandchildren, Ty, John & Kailyn Woodard, Bethany & JoAnne Willis; great granddaughter, Skylynn Woodard; mother, Mary Ellen Dodd Gray of Lebanon; two brothers, Bro. Jimmy (Susan) Gray of Shelbyville and Anthony (Linda) Gray of Lebanon; niece, Lois (Laramy) Gregory; two nephews, Micah (Jennifer) Gray & Eric (Emily) Gray; great nieces & nephews, Lawson & Lucy Gregory, Lily & Boone Gray, and Bryce Gray.
