Danny Wilson Hawker
Mr. Danny Wilson Hawker, age 75 of Lebanon, died November 5, 2015, at his home. Born in Liberty, TN, he was the son of the late Charlie B. Hawker and Louise Oakley Hawker. He graduated from Liberty High School, served in the U.S. Navy and worked in construction. He was a member of Union United Methodist Church.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Helen Gray Hays Hawker; daughter, Dana Hawker. Survived by three daughters: Loretta Hawker, Melissa Ghazaz, Diana Brown; step-son, Tim Bennett; sister, Loretta Malone; brother, Larry (Elaine) Hawker; three grandchildren: Kade Hawker, Charles Brown, Eli Hawker; step-granddaughter, Kayla Bennett; great-grandson, Kayden Hawker.
Funeral services will be Saturday, November 7, 2015 at 1 p.m. from the Ligon & Bobo Funeral Home with Bro. Nathan Thomason officiating. Interment – Cedar Grove Cemetery. Visitation Friday 4-8 p.m. and Saturday after 11 a.m. Pallbearers: Charles Brown, Tony Nixon, David Malone, Ricky Malone, Michael Hawker, Jonathan Hawker. The family would like to express their deepest thanks to Scott Woods and Urology Associates for the care and compassion shown to Danny.
